After visiting Berlin, we picked up a hitchhiker and dropped him off in our mutual destination: Prague.
Since we had a car, we asked our hotel where to find free parking. She incredulously couldn’t believe we hadn’t seen the free parking ‘everywhere’ and drew me a map. We found no free parking and had to pay. She was super rude, but we had a great visit.
We started with the famous Charles Bridge and then an owl sanctuary.
Across the river, and up to the old palace.
Coming back, we saw a sign that obviously caught our attention and grabbed some lunch.
A staple on all trips to Prague: we walked back via a different bridge to this church in the main square.
There’s vegan ice cream in the square!
The next day (there’s still no free parking), we got lunch at the Loving Hut before heading out of town.
We drove out to Kutna Hora to the famous Bone Church. It’s incredible! They found some old catacombs and decided to decorate the church with the bones.
We had only 2 days in Prague, but they were 2 really awesome days.
